Succot Menu!

So here is what I'm cooking for Succot:

Evening menu:
Kubah in a vegetable soup
Roast and potatoes
salad

Lunch:
Borscht with potatoes and cucumbers and scallions
Meatballs with cabbage and potatoes
Salad

Yeah, boring I guess. I don't do themes. I really have to learn to get more creative.
