Well, what I think this article should be titled.
And here is what I think Israel should say when civilians are injured/killed during a targeted assault on terrorist.
We are at war. If the civilian population wishes to increase their safety, get rid of the terrorists from their midst.
No apologies, no anything else.
Just that.
And then no more.
